Ingredients

Cornflake Chicken

  • chicken (cutlets or pieces)

  • ketchup

  • mayo

  • cornflake crumbs

Directions

Prepare the Cornflake Chicken

1.

Mix ketchup and mayo together. Dip chicken in, spread all over and then dip into cornflake crumbs.

2.

Bake at 350 until done, cutlets about 45 minutes, pieces about an hour and a half.
