1 cup Pereg Quinoa
1 and 3/4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon oil, such as Manischewitz Grapeseed Oil
1/4 cup oil, such as Manischewitz Grapeseed Oil
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 cup carrot, diced
1/2 cup squash, diced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
pinch salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add all ingredients for quinoa to a pan and bake for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed.
In a small pan on medium flame, sautee the vegetables in oil for five to 10 minutes. Add salt.
Mix the vegetables with the quinoa.
