An easy elegant pasta dish that is simple to throw together. Serve it with a simple salad and dinner is ready!
1/2 package Tuscanini Fettucine
4 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
coarse salt
black pepper
2 sprigs thyme
4 tablespoons Zeta Olive Oil
Cook pasta in plenty of water, according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Let pasta sit at room temperature while preparing sauce.
Cut tomatoes in half and squeeze to remove seeds and juice.
Peel seedless tomatoes and grate.
Season crushed tomatoes with salt, pepper, thyme leaves, and olive oil.
Mix well and pour over pasta.
