Pairs beautifully alongside these Two-Tone Cookies.
1 and 1/4 cups water
7 egg yolks
3 tablespoons coffee diluted in 2 tablespoons hot water
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
4 and 1/2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding
1 cup Everclear grain alcohol (available at liquor stores)
Place all ingredients in a container. Using a hand blender, blend until smooth. Store at room temperature.
Pour into glass bottles and close tightly.

Raw eggs I’m hesitant to send something with raw eggs. Is there a substitute? How much in advance can I make it and is it ready to drink immediately? Also about how many ounces does it make (just says 6 servings)?
shelf life how long do these keep fresh at room temperature if it has uncooked eggs?
