This simple homemade whipped cream is the perfect topping for dairy desserts, pancakes and so much more.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chill a mixing bowl (ideally stainless steel) and the beaters of a hand mixer (or the whisk attachment for a stand mixer) in the refrigerator.
Add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract to the chilled bowl and beat on high speed until soft peaks form, about one to two minutes.
Transfer whipped cream to a piping bag and use as desired.
