Calling all olive lovers, this one is for you! It is great as an appetizer for parties, but I actually love it on challah at the Friday night meal.
1 (19-oz.) can Gefen Green Olives, strained
2 small cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons capers, drained
2 anchovies
2 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Gefen Black Pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processer fitted with the steel blade. Pulse until mixed and a smooth paste forms.
Refrigerate the tapenade until serving.
Yields 3/4 cup
