To cook mouthwatering pasta, you don’t need much more than a few basic ingredients, so long as they are top notch in quality. Start with authentic Italian Tuscanini pasta and your job is halfway done.
6 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons Manischewitz Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Reserve a third of a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and saute for a minute. Add the heavy cream, pasta water, salt, and pepper and bring to a low boil. Simmer the sauce for five minutes and add in the pasta.
Top with the parmesan cheese and mix well.

This was so salty. We could not eat it. The smell was good, so I think it would be good if it weren’t for the salt. If I make this again I will be using much less salt.
can I use plain water or it specifically needs to be
pasta water? I want to make the sauce in advanceZzz
The reason for it is because the starchy pasta water helps to bind and thicken the sauce, however if you won’t have it, you should be fine to use some regular water.
