Do you love chocolate chip cookies? Here is the easiest, quickest and most delicious recipe. Classic dairy chocolate chip cookies dripping with melted chocolate that melts between each bite. Served warm with a soft texture.
3 and 1/2 ounces (100 grams) soft butter
3/4 cup (150 grams) dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 and 1/2 cups (200 grams) flour
7 ounces (200 grams) Elite 70% Dark Chocolate
In a mixer bowl with a flat whisk, put butter, sugar, salt and vanilla and mix at high speed until it is becomes a soft creamy mixture.
Add the egg and continue mixing until it is absorbed into the mixture.
Add baking soda, baking powder and flour until you get large lumps of dough.
Chop the chocolate into medium-sized pieces and add. Mix until the pieces of chocolate are evenly distributed in the dough.
Make small circles from the dough and place on a baking pan lined with Gefen Parchment Paper with space in between.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cookies turn golden.
Cool a little at room temperature and serve.
Yields 20–22 cookies
