Is there anything more comforting than the warming flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger combined in a delicious baked good? Oh yeah, knowing it was made in less than five minutes! Yields 1 mug cake
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour or Shibolim White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch ginger
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons milk or parve milk, such as Gefen Oat Milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a large mug. Add oil, honey, milk, and vanilla.
Stir well with a fork to break up any lumps.
Microwave for 90-120 seconds, depending on your microwave, until the top does not appear wet.
