Since purchasing my pizza maker, these cheese latkes have become a regular part of my supper rotation because I can easily whip these up without the pain of frying ‘em. Whoever said that no pain is no gain?
1 pound farmers cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 eggs
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup Mishpacha Flour
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
In a medium-sized bowl, mix all ingredients using a hand blender until well-combined.
Coat pizza maker with cooking spray and let it heat up for a minute. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pizza maker. Close and let cook for about two minutes or until the bottoms are golden. Flip and continue to cook until baked through.
Repeat with the rest of the batter. It is not necessary to respray the pizza maker.
