Add this chicken marinade to your repertoire!
6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 cup fresh lime juice or Heaven & Earth Lime Juice, plus additional for finishing
1/2 cup Tuscanini Olive Oil for marinade, plus aditional for frying
1/2 cup cilantro, cleaned and chopped, plus additional for finishing
1 teaspoon Pereg Cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
Mix all marinade ingredients and let the chicken sit, covered in marinade, one to two hours in fridge.
Heat pan, then add two teaspoons olive oil and cook chicken five to six minutes per side.
Drizzle a little lime juice and cilantro on top before serving.
