Chocolate Seed and Nut Clusters

  • sea salt, for sprinkling

Directions

Prepare the Chocolate Nut and Seed Clusters

1.

Fill a small pot with one to two inches of water and place on burner. Top with heat-safe bowl (make sure it doesn’t touch the water). Fill bowl with chocolate chips. Heat over medium heat  and stir chocolate occasionally until melted.

2.

Line a mini muffin tin with muffin papers.

3.

Add about 1/2 teaspoon chocolate to the bottom of each paper liner. Top each with a Heaven and Earth Cluster. Spread on a thin layer of nut butter. Top with an additional 1/2 teaspoon chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt.

4.

Place in fridge to harden.
