almond milk Hi! Thank you for the recipe. Can I use almond milk instead of coconut milk?

Coconut milk is thicker and creamier than almond milk. It is almost like heavy cream. You could substitute it but your pudding wouldn’t be as creamy and rich. You could try to buy a thicker, creamier almond milk (different brands are thicker than others).

Avocado measurements Made it and loved the texture but had a strong avocado taste. How do I know how much 3 oz avocado is?

Hi, I am not sure who in Monsey would sell it. Try messaging Rorie and asking her 🙂
