2 cups milk, divided
3 tablespoons Gefen Potato Starch
6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Premium Cocoa
1 teaspoon coffee (optional)
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar (optional)
Bring one and a half cups milk to a boil.
Combine dry ingredients with remaining half cup milk.
Add paste to boiling milk, stirring until thickened.
