Pecan pie is amazing, but chocolate pecan pie? Even more amazing! Using store-bought mini pie crusts, this pie has double the chocolate fun with the addition of cocoa and chocolate chips. If you’re making these for a crowd, you may want to double the recipe. These are sure to disappear super fast! Watch more Victoria on 4 Amazing Things!
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup Gefen Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
pinch of salt
1 bag Glicks Chocolate Chips
2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine sugar, corn syrup, oil, cocoa, vanilla, eggs, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Add pie crusts to a baking sheet. Add filling to pie crusts. Bake for 25 minutes.
Yield: 20 mini pies
