I enjoyed the combination of flavors of ice cream I made with peanut butter chocolate and pretzels and wanted to make it into a healthier version I can have for breakfast.
1 and 1/4 cup of low-fat milk of your choice (dairy, almond, coconut)
1 Tblsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup of pretzels
3 Tblsp peanut butter
1 frozen banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3 ice cubes
Place pretzels in a blender and blend till pretzel flour. Add remaining ingredients to a blender, then blend till smooth. Top with whip cream and pretzels if desired.
