Easy Vegetarian Pescatarian Parve

Contains: Egg, Gluten, Wheat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place all ingredients except chocolate in a bowl and mix. The mixture should feel more like a dough and less like a cookie batter.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chunks.

  4. Shape into two logs. Place on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Slice while warm.

  7. Return to oven to toast for 12-16 minutes if you like them crispy.

  8. Melt 1/2 cup good quality chocolate and dip the biscotti in, if desired.

About

Tips:
I actually found an orange-flavored chocolate with almond bits and it was perfect for this recipe, but any dark chocolate will do.
