Ingredients

Chocolate Chip Scones

  • 225 grams flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 70 grams cold butter

  • 140 grams milk

  • 50 grams chocolate chips

Directions

1.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.

2.

Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar. Add the milk and the butter in small pieces.

3.

Then form six pieces and put it on the sheet with baking paper. Brush the scones with milk.

4.

Bake it 15 minutes.
