These are the best – ever, one- bowl, no mixer chocolate chip oatmeal bars.
1 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 cups old- fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine oil, eggs, sugars, and vanilla in a large bowl, mixing well. Add dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Spread into a parchment lined 11×17 inch baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm
