A tasty one-pan Chinese fakeout-takeout chicken dinner with onions and peppers. Serve over rice or your favorite grain to make this a complete meal.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 heaping teaspoon Gefen Cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water

  • sesame seeds

  • scallions, for garnish

Directions

Prepare the Chicken

1.

Sauté the onions and peppers in a little olive oil until cooked through. Remove from pan.

2.

Add the chicken and sauté until fully cooked. Add the veggies back to pan, along with the soy sauce, teriyaki saice, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Continue to cook on a low flame for a few more minutes.

3.

Add the cornstarch slurry to the pan. Continue to mix until the sauce has thickened. Generously sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced scallions on top.

We love your recipes and sometimes want to copy and keep.
why do they come out on so many pages.
A one page recipe is more user-friendly.
