Main ingredients

  • 1 cooked chicken

  • 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 2 teaspoons chopped onion

  • rib celery, diced

  • 3/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise (or homemade)

  • salt and pepper

  • hard-cooked egg, diced (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Chicken Salad

1.

Cut chicken in bite-sized pieces and place in bowl.

2.

Serve on bed of lettuce.

3.

Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Variation:

You can add half a cup chopped walnuts and/or one apple, diced; OR you may add half a cup seeded, peeled and diced cucumber.
