2 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets or nuggets
1 cup bread crumbs or cornflakes crumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 cloves garlic or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic, minced and sautéed
16 ounces apricot jam, such as Tuscanini Apricot Fruit Spread
1/2 cup water
Place into a 16- by 10-inch baking pan and cover. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
Spread mayonnaise onto chicken and coat with crumbs.
In a small pot, combine garlic, jam, and water and bring to a boil.
Pour over chicken pieces and reheat.
