4 pieces chicken, skinned
1/4 cup Haddar Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Gefen Minced Onion
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon (optional)
1/8 teaspoon Glicks Hot Sauce or crushed red pepper flakes
5 tablespoons melted margarine
3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine mustard, onion, tarragon, hot sauce and one tablespoon margarine. Place crumbs in shallow dish. Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then crumbs.
Place in baking dish and drizzle with remaining margarine. Bake uncovered for one and a half to two hours, or until chicken is tender.
