Smoothie bowl is a delicious start to your day! Add any topping you like to add some extra crunch!
1 and 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 and 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 and 1/4 cups strawberries
5 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1/3 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
In a bowl, blend the milk, chia seeds, and two tablespoons of honey with a hand blender.
Cover, and refrigerate overnight. (Will set to a thick pudding consistency.)
In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
Blend well.
To assemble the smoothie bowl: on one side pour 1/2 cup from the chia seed mixture.
Use a big spoon to hold the mixture on one side of the bowl while pouring 1/2 cup of the smoothie on the other side.
Top with strawberry chunks, chocolate chips, chia seeds, or granola.
