Ingredients

Cheesy Pesto Dip

  • 1 package muenster cheese

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup store-bought basil pesto, such as Ta’amti

  • 1 package round tortilla chips, original flavor

Directions

1.

In a small pot, combine water with flour.

2.

Add oil, heavy cream, and milk. Bring to a boil and add cheeses.

3.

Simmer until mixture thickens. Close the flame and stir in pesto.

4.

Serve with nachos.
