1/2 cup Glicks Flour
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 package muenster cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup store-bought basil pesto, such as Ta’amti
1 package round tortilla chips, original flavor
In a small pot, combine water with flour.
Add oil, heavy cream, and milk. Bring to a boil and add cheeses.
Simmer until mixture thickens. Close the flame and stir in pesto.
Serve with nachos.
