These are so quick to make and can be enjoyed by adults and kids equally.
This is a great food for a melave malka. It’s a really easy and quick thing to throw together on a Motzei Shabbos. You can also prepare them ready to bake before Shabbos.
1 pack of ziti, cooked and drained
toppings of your choice, such as Gefen Olives or corn
pizza blend cheese
long skewers
Thread about 10-12 pieces of pasta through a skewer, and place on a baking sheet.
Spoon some pizza sauce over the pasta, and top with cheese, or any toppings you choose.
Bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit, uncovered.
