For Serving

  • 10 4-ounce clear dessert cups

  • 2 piping bags or ziptip bags (optional)

Directions

To Prepare

1.

Chop cookies in a food processor until they become fine crumbs. Set aside.

2.

Beat cream cheese till soft and fluffy. Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk and beat until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Set aside.

3.

Add the Milky pudding into a separate bowl and with a spoon carefully mix to create a marble effect with the chocolate pudding and whipped cream. Set aside.

To Assemble the Cups

1.

Sprinkle two tablespoons of cookie crumbs in the bottom of each clear dessert cup. Pipe or carefully spoon in a layer of cheesecake filling. Then pipe or spoon a layer of Milky pudding.

2.

Top with one tablespoon of cookie crumbs, completely covering the filling. Refrigerate the cups until ready to serve.

cream cheese Can I use parve cream cheese instead of dairy? I can’t find blocks of dairy cream cheese in any of the stores in my neighborhood.

Yes- it won’t be 100% the same with parve cream cheese but still delicious.
