This showstopper dessert is an excellent option for those who don’t have a dairy oven, yet still want to present something different and special in honor of Shavuos.
1/2 package honey graham crackers or chocolate chip cookies, crushed
1/2 stick (1/4 cup / 50 grams) butter
4 egg yolks
3 tablespoons milk
2/3 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar or other powdered sugar
10 oz (300 ml) whipping cream
1 bar Elite Milk Chocolate or other dairy chocolate, melted
2 8-oz (225-gram) packages of unwhipped cream cheese
2 bars two-toned dairy chocolate, grated
1/2 lb (250 grams) roasted almonds, chopped (or use peanut brittle)
Combine thoroughly and set aside.
Beat the whip and set aside.
Beat the cheese with eggs. Add the milk and sugar.
Fold in the beaten whip and mix gently until fully incorporated.
Divide the cheese mixture in half. One half will remain white; to the other half, add the melted chocolate.
Gently mix the grated chocolate with the nuts.
Use parfait glasses and create layers in the following order: crumbs, dark cheese, topping, crumbs, light cheese, topping. Depending on the size of your cup, you may want to double the layers. You can also skip the topping in the middle and reserve it for the final layer.
Garnish with chocolate balls, chocolate chips, or chocolate curls. Enjoy!

It should be fine for Shavuos if you make on Friday. And a trifle bowl will be lovely.
