A yummy, easy snack that hits the pizza notes without the dough – perfect for Passover or the days leading up to the holiday, when your home and kitchen are already chametz-free.
1 cup mozzarella
Muenster cheese
kale
oregano
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread cheese in a circle on top of the parchment paper. Bake for four minutes.
Add your favorite marinara sauce and different toppings. Pictured, I used Tuscanini Neapolitan Marinara Sauce, Muenster cheese, kale, and oregano.
Put back into the toaster for another four minutes. Serve right away.
