I made these cannolis for Shavuos one year and they became an instant hit!!
20 3” cannoli shells
dairy chocolate
nut crunch
1 8-oz container whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 T instant vanilla pudding powder
1 T sour cream
1 T whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt the chocolate.
Dip each cannoli end in melted chocolate, then in nut crunch.
Set aside to harden.
Meanwhile, place all filling ingredients into a bowl and mix (I used a hand mixer).
Spoon the filling into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe filling into each cannoli shell.
These freeze well.

this recipe is delicious!! has the perfect amount of sweetness and perfect consistency to fill the shells! I substituted the sour cream for Greek yogurt.
can I use blue milk instead of whole milk?
I haven’t tested it, but would guess that’s fine!
Funny question: will this recipe still work out okay without sour cream… if not is there something I can maybe substitute it with?
I think you could either skip it or replace with greek yogurt.
