Cheese and Chive Egg Muffins in Crispy Cups

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • canned sliced mushrooms

  • grated cheese

  • diced chives

  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

Prepare the Egg Muffins

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings.

3.

Spray muffin tins with Gefen Olive Oil Spray. Insert an egg roll wrap into each hole.

4.

Pour two tablespoons egg mixture into each wrapper. Into each wrapper add: one teaspoon canned sliced mushrooms, one tablespoon grated cheese, one teaspoon diced chives.

5.

Place in oven for ten minutes or until eggs are done.
