Ingredients

Champagne Cocktail

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters (see note; optional)

  • 1/3 ounce cognac, such as Deau Cognac Napoleon

Directions

1.

Place sugar cube into a champagne flute. Add bitters and cognac. Top carefully with chilled champagne.

2.

Garnish with two grapes on a skewer or toothpick.

Notes:

Angostura bitters can be found in liquor stores.
