Ingredients

challah (small batch)

  • 1 and 1/4 cup of water

  • 1/4 cup of oil

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 4.5 cups of flour

  • 1 package of yeast

Directions

Prepare the Challah

1.

Mix all ingredients until dough forms.

2.

Let rise and then braid.

3.

Top with cinnamon sugar or everything but the bagel spice.

4.

Bake at 350.

How much is one package of yeast in oz? Does that mean dry yeast?
