2 celery knobs
2 Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Using the shredding blade on the food processor, shred celery root and apples.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Add celery root and apples and toss to combine. Lastly, add the walnuts. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
Yield: about 3 cups
