These make a really nice pass-around appetizer. Yields 20 pieces
2 (14-ounce) bags Beleaves Riced Cauliflower
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
2 tablespoons onion salt
1 tablespoon parve chicken soup mix
2 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups Gefen Panko crumbs
cooking spray
Defrost the cauliflower rice. Roll in a towel and twist to squeeze.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Shape into small logs (tater tot shape).
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spray both sides of the tots with oil.
Bake for 30 minutes. Halfway through baking, turn over the cauliflower tots so they got browned on each side.
