Cauliflower Kugel with Smoky Facon Crumble

Easy to prep, yet with that extra something special making this recipe perfect for Shabbat or any time you’re entertaining.

Ingredients

Cauliflower Kugel

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pereg Smoked Paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Smoky Facon Crumble

Directions

1.

Add a bag of Beleaves riced cauliflower to a large bowl. Grate in a small onion and a zucchini and add the flour and eggs to the mixture. Add in the seasoning and mix well until fully incorporated.

Line a 5 x 7-inch pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Pour the kugel mixture into the pan and bake at four hundred degrees for an hour and a half.

Chop the facon into small pieces and place it in a small bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Use your hand to mix the ingredients until it forms into a crumble. Pour the mixture over the kugel and bake for an additional fifteen minutes.
