Cauliflower Cheddar Latkes

Ingredients

  • 2 bags frozen riced cauliflower (defrosted)

  • 1 tablespoon onion soup mix (msg free)

  • 3 eggs

  • cheddar cheese (I didn’t measure, just as much cheesey as you pleasey!)

  • Flour – just enough to make sure the latkes don’t fall apart when flipped

  • Preferred oil for frying

Directions

1.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Scoops the desired amount and place it in the frying pan. Make sure the pan does not get too crowded! Fry until crispy and golden on each side. Serve warm and enjoy!
