Cauliflower tastes like mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

Cauliflower Bake

  • 1 24 ounce package frozen cauliflower florets

  • 1 slice of mild onion

  • handful of mushrooms

  • 1 cup oat milk

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 2 eggs

  • oatmeal to sprinkle on top

Directions

1.

Microwave cauliflower for eight minutes.

2.

When cool, add all ingredients to blender and process.

3.

Pour the batter into an 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle oatmeal on top.

4.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
