Ingredients

Carrots And Celery Marinated Salad

  • 2 pounds carrots, thinly sliced 

  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 bunch celery, chopped 

  • 1 red onion, finely diced 

  • 2/3 cup vinegar 

  • 1 and 1/3 cups water 

  • 6 tablespoons sugar 

  • 2 teaspoons salt 

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Combine vinegar, water, mayonnaise, and spices, mixing well.

2.

Pour over vegetables. Serve chilled.
