Caramel Chip Sticks

  • Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking Soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup caramel chips

1. Combine and mix oil, sugar and brown sugar

2. Combine and mix egg, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in caramel chips

3. On a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper, form the dough into 2 logs

* can always replace caramel chips for chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
