Ingredients

Caprese Salad Rounds

  • 24 mini pizza rounds

  • Glicks Canola Oil Spray

  • 1/2 cup corn flour

  • 2 (16-ounce) packages sliced mozzarella cheese

  • 4–5 plum tomatoes, sliced

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray each pizza round with oil spray and sprinkle corn flour on top. Using a fork, poke holes in the dough so that it doesn’t puff up. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.

2.

To assemble, layer pizza dough, mozzarella slice, tomato slice, basil leaves, a sprinkle of salt, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
