These bites of sweetness can be used as a salad topper or as a snack eaten right out of the package.
2 cups raw pecans (or any combination of nuts)
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large bowl, toss together the pecans and honey until well coated. (This is easiest done with gloved hands.) Spread the nuts out on the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes or until done, watching closely.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Break the nuts apart if needed when cool. Store in an airtight container.
