Ingredients

Butternut Squash Pie

  • 2 butternut squash

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup pareve milk

  • 1 stick of margarine

  • 4 eggs

  • cinnamon, for sprinkling

Directions

Prepare the Butternut Squash Pie

1.

Broil squash until it is soft. Let cool and then slice open and discard of seeds. Scoop out squash into a large bowl.

2.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the squash. Mix with an immersion blender and then pour mixture into (2) 9” round greased pans.

3.

Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until browned and toothpick comes out clean.
