sesame balls
glutinous rice flour

smashed cooked black beans
olive oil
white sesame seeds
Add glutinous rice flour, mashed potatoes, salt, honey and water mix well, let rest, form into 1 and a half inch firm but soft round balls make a small dent in the middle and add the beans which have been smashed to the middle about a 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon and close the whole and then dip into water roll into sesame seeds and fry.
