1 large sheet of puff pastry
confectionery filling
fudge filling:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 sea salt
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup flour
chocolate glaze:
1 cup confectionery sugar
2 T cocoa powder
2 T milk
preheat oven to 375°
prepare filling: combine all ing in small bowl and mix until smooth
to assemble: place puff pastry on prepared baking sheet. for best results roll dough thinner
spread fudge filling in center creating a long strip about 2-3 in wide fold the smaller edge of the pastry over filling, then gently flip it over the other edge. trim excess pastry that remains. cut short diagonal slits on top, allowing the fudge to peak through.
bake for 30-35 minutes until top is golden brown. set aside.
prepare glaze
once cooled dust the top with generous layer of confectionery sugar and drizzle glaze if desired
