Filled with color and crunch, this quick broccoli salad is a fuss-free addition to any meal.
16 ounces Beleaf Frozen Broccoli, thawed
4 carrots, thinly sliced
1 red onion, sliced in thin rings
handful of cashews
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
In a large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
Add all salad ingredients and toss with the dressing to evenly distribute.
Refrigerate one hour before serving.
