1 (24-ounce) bag broccoli florets, such as Beleaf Frozen Broccoli Florets
2/3 cup farmer cheese
3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
3 egg whites or 1/2 cup Haddar Egg Whites
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahreneheit. Spray disposable muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
In the bowl of your food processor, pulverize broccoli florets, but not too finely. There should be some finely ground pieces and also some chunks.
In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, egg whites, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Roll mixture into balls about the size of a large walnut and put into muffin holders. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Yehudis, you should have no problem baking this into a larger dish. You’ll probably need to bake it for at least a hour, or until the center is fully set. Enjoy!
