I got a spinach angel hair recipe from my sister-in-law, but wanted to change it because my family is not a fan of spinach. I tweaked the recipe (less garlic, more oil, etc.) and voila! An ADDICTIVE dish! There’s something about it that makes you go back for more, and more, and more!
1 pack angel hair pasta
1 24-oz. bag frozen broccoli florets
5 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
1 cup oil
Cook pasta in salt water for 5 minutes, until slightly under-cooked. Blend the broccoli, garlic, salt and oil and add to the drained pasta. Cook on a low flame for 20 minutes.
