5 ounces (140 grams) arugula
1 and 1/2 cups shredded daikon radish
1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red radishes, cut into matchsticks
1/2 cup snow peas, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Tuscanini Olive Oil
1/4 cup Tuscanini Lemon Juice
Haddar Salt, to taste
Pereg Pepper, to taste
Mix dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables and serve alongside tilapia.
