1 18-ounce jar of Gefen Peanut Butter (add more to your taste, natural should work)
2 cups powdered sugar, such as Gefen (or to your taste)
1 56-ounce container of pareve ice cream, slightly defrosted
chocolate syrup or your choice of syrup and toppings
Mix peanut butter and sugar together.
Add your slightly defrosted ice cream into your crust.
Add a few dollops of your peanut butter mixture and mix them in.
Crumble up some extra peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar together and make that a crumb mixture. Sprinkle generously on top of your pies.
Drizzle with syrup. Place in freezer until ready to serve. Have a kosher and freilichen Sukkos.
