Ingredients

Bracha's Easy-Peasy PB Ice Cream Pie

  • 1 18-ounce jar of Gefen Peanut Butter (add more to your taste, natural should work)

  • 2 cups powdered sugar, such as Gefen (or to your taste)

  • 1 56-ounce container of pareve ice cream, slightly defrosted

Directions

1.

Mix peanut butter and sugar together.

2.

Add your slightly defrosted ice cream into your crust.

3.

Add a few dollops of your peanut butter mixture and mix them in.

4.

Crumble up some extra peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar together and make that a crumb mixture. Sprinkle generously on top of your pies.

5.

Drizzle with syrup. Place in freezer until ready to serve. Have a kosher and freilichen Sukkos.
